You need to create two raid 1's first then stripe them.

 

In the perc bios, select 'configure' > 'view/add config' and enter.

 

Use the arrow keys to navigate to the first drive you want in your R10, press space to select it, then space again on the next drive. Press enter. Then select the next drive, space and the same with the last drive. Press enter. You should now have 2 sets of 2 disks. Press F10 to configure. A popup will show 2 boxes corresponding to the id's of the 2 disk sets created., press space and the first box should show Span-1. Arrow key to the next box and press space to select it as Span-2. Then press F10 again to configure the raid. It will show raid 1 but with 2 stripes scroll down and accept. press esc and save the config. You will need to initialise the logical disk from the menu. Make sure you select the correct drive.
