restore tape backup to different raid configuration

Hello:

I am planning for disaster recovery.

I have 2 PowerEdge 2600 Servers. The first server is configured RAID 5, and the second is configured RAID 1. Both servers have the same tape drive. Can a tape backup (made with the NT backup applet) of the first server be restored onto the second server (assuming sufficient hard disk space)? What would be involved?
