The H700 is the first PERC to support drives larger than 2TB. I show the H700 integrated and adapter versions are supported on the R510. The integrated version goes into the storage slot, the adapter version is supported in slot 1.

Ok, Our R510 with S300 (CN-0U558P-13740-13I-00TX-A00) on which has two SAS connectors which has 32 pin, and each sas connector supports 4 SATA disk.
Before we buy H700 controller, I would like to understand H700. First, i am not quite sure that there is storage slot in our R510. May I sent service tag to your email so you will be able to see
the model of our R510. Second, i googled H700, from the picture and description, it says H700 has 2 internal mini SAS Connectors PCI Express Raid Controller. Do you know if H700 has 32Pin of SAS connector?
From Dell.com, in H7xx Category, it seems it only has mini sas connector. Please take a look at the following link.
