Bios update for VT on 1850

I am fairly sure that the Xeon chips in the PowerEdge 1850s support VT. Anybody aware if Dell is ever going to post a bios update for this??

Currently only the PE6800 and PE6850 support VT.

But I am correct in thinking that the Xeon chips themselves support VT, and all that is required is a bios update for the PE1850 to be able to do VT?? Wonder if anyone with Dell insider knowledge has any idea if this will ever happen.
