Cannot ping other doamin
I've recently added a new domain w/ all new servers (2012). I am unable to ping or connect to my old domain (2003) even with just the IP address. I've added pointer records to both DNS servers & all he servers are on the same subnet as well as plugged in to the same switch. I'm scratching my head on this one.

Hello
ICMP with the IP address is very simplistic. If you can't ping servers on the same switch then they are not able to route to each other for some reason. They are most likely on different VLANs and IP routing is not enabled to allow cross-VLAN communication.
Also, I'm fairly certain that ICMP requests are disabled by default in server 2012.
Thanks

I figured it out. The guy who set up the servers configured the NICs in a bridge instead of using teaming.
