Chelsio N320E-SR on poweredge 2950

I have installed a Chelsio N320E into a PE2950 running Dell-customized ESXi 5.5u3

Once drivers are installed reboot is necessary

At next reboot ESXi hangs on "Loading module cxgb3..."

Drivers are by Chelsio and for ESXi 5.X

Is there something I can do/check for make it work ?

Any help or suggestion would be very very appreciated

I am having the same problem however I am running ESXi 6.5. Did you find a solution

looks like that card is not on ESXi compatibility list.

Chelsio T520 and some other seems to be compatible.
