Dell PowerEdge 180AS 8-port KVM Console Switch + PE2650
I'm kind of new to this but:
I have 6 Dell PowerEdge 2650 and a Dell PowerEdge 180AS 8-port KVM Console Switch and my question is, Do I need a SIP?
Or can I directly connect it to the "embedded remote access Ethernet connector"?

No, it will not work to connect it directly to the ERA. ERA is for ethernet/http/network connections only. You will need a SIP to connect the KVM to the mouse/keyboard/monitor of the individual systems.
