Dell T310 with PERc H700 - system reporting incorrect drive space

Hi all, I think i just might be SOL with getting my system to show the correct drive space, but with my limited knowledge I thought I'd ask others with more experience.

First my specs: Working with RAID 0 Dell T310 with the Perc h700 card.

Product Name: PERC H700

Package: 12.10.6-0001 (should I upgrade the firmware to the current 12.10.7?)

FW Version: 2.100.03

BIOS Version: 3.18.00

 

My Perc has 4 drives attached

(2) 2TB

(1) 3TB

(1) 6 TB

This should give me about 12 TB of space but the system is only showing me 7.5 TB

As you can see in my 2 images, the VD size is only show ~7.5TB I have read something about 4k drives (or a lack of) being an issue with showing incorrect drive space. Im having a hard time believing that I might be encountering this since I can only find a few people that have encountered what Im experiencing.

Any suggestions or am I SOL?
