Dell Tower 1920W UPS T610 Server

I have a T610 Server protected by a Dell Tower 1920W UPS.  It first had a 'Service Battery' new batteries were installed, now it has 'Charger Failure'.  Documentation states it may be caused by one of the two 30 Amp fuses, but there is no reference as to where these are located.  The latest software has been installed on the UPS (01.14.0003), which was supposed to address this issue.  Anyone have any ideas?

Good afternoon.   What is the error number that is appearing on the LCD?   This will help us further diagnose your issue.

Thanks and regards,

#149 Service Battery.  This is a new battery pack and works fine in our other Dell 1920W.  The software reports 'Charger Failure'

The UPS is under warranty and will be replaced.  Thanks for your email and requested information. Made it much easier to complete the exchange process.   Let me know when it arrives.

I have the exact same problem. Battery failure then batteries changed then charger failure and then the same error code. What was the problem? How was it solved?
