Dell t430 second fan
Will installing second fan reduce first fan speed? All I could find was 5 pin external fan connector, is there a way to connect second fan there?

Depending on your region, contact any Dell outlet or third party vendor. Use P/N JYJ65 or V1691

Hello.
Ideally, yes because of shared cooling between the system fans. The system fan comes with its own power cable. Insert the cable through the hole on the chassis and to the appropriate motherboard port. See pages 139 - 144 of the Users' Guide for more information: http://topics-cdn.dell.com/pdf/poweredge-t430_Owner's%20Manual_en-us.pdf

I could not find where to buy second fan with 5 pin connector. Maybe you could give me a link for that item?
