Error Install Win2003 Server with Dell system build and update utility

Hi,

I'm trying to install Windows Server 2003 R2 x64 on my PowerEdge 1950 server and using Dell system build and update utility to do that. But after 5 minutes after formating drives it want me to insert the Dell OpenManager Server Administration cd/dvd version 6.5.0. And I've downloaded the verison on Dell's homepage but when burned it to the dvd and inserted the disc to the server it says invalid..

The DVD contains a linux installation..

I've tried several ways but it will not help..

Machine: PowerEdge 1950
Bios version: 1.6-173
ServiceTag:

Skip that step ... when prompted during setup, UNCHECK the box to install OpenManage Server Administrator. You can install it after the OS is installed. Also, use SMTD instead of SBUU ... the OMSA install files are built into that utility.

Why are you still using Server 2003?

Well we bought the server with that system. And for internal server use we can use that license.

Just for informational purposes, you can use a modern and secure OS (Microsoft evaluation version of 2012/2016) for 6 months for free (and can be extended another 6 months). Should give you time to put together funds for a replacement ... if that is the reason.
