Having trouble adding a 4 TB drive to my dell Poweredge R515

Hello

i'm having troubles with adding a 4 TB drive to my dell Poweredge R515 with a PERC H200

Its a WD Gold Datacenter Hard Drive WD4002FYYZ

Does this setup support 4TB drives anyway?

or do i need to flash the PERC/BIOS?

if i add the drive it does spin up,but the lights stay out and the drive is not recognized/shown in the PERC config

and if i remove the drive i get a msg on front, disk removed, please check disk

Disantyk,

As long as the server and the H200 are updated to current, then they should be fine running drives larger than 2TB. I am trying to confirm that the specific drive is compatible, but not showing it validated by Dell.

If you private message me the svc tag I can also compare to installed hardware as well.

Let me know what you see.
