How to I enable iDrac System Alerts Page 1-thru-20 in one shot?
Re: Alerts and Remote System Log Configuration
How to I enable iDrac System Alerts Page 1-thru-20 in one shot? What is the syntax to do it command line if possible. Currently I have to go through each and every page.
@CENX - At the moment there isn't a global "select all option" but is under consideration for a future release. As noted, there are Racadm commands to help set alerts.
Another great option is to use the Server Configuration Profiles (see the white papers on delltechcenter.com/idrac for details on SCP.) Basically, once you have gone through all pages and chosen the alerts you are interested in, you can capture all these details in an SCP (this as well as every other setting on the server) and use that profile to fully configure a bare metal server in minutes.
Please feel free to contact me directly if you wish

/admin1-> racadm eventfilters set -c idrac.alert.all -a none -n email
ERROR: Few alert settings have failed
As the peers stated you will get an error but that's OK, the above worked like a charm for me.
Thanks

Hello
Take a look at this thread. I think it answers your question:

Thanks
