How to convert a RAID0 to a RAID1
I have a 3 disc RAID0 that I want to convert to a RAID1 (2 disc obviously). I have a Dell T310 server with Windows Server 2008 r2. I have 4 HDD slots, 3 are filled with 500G disc's. I have a new 500G Disc for slot 4 and am wondering if I can achieve my objective with this extra HDD. I have one (1) VHD create with the RAID0. I am using Open Manage v8.5.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The only way you can go from a 3-disk RAID 0 to a 2-disk RAID 1 is to do a full backup, delete the RAID array, create RAID 1, and restore.
Using the disks you have, the only thing you can do with it, other than the above, is to convert your 3-disk RAID 0 to a 4-disk RAID 5.

Thank you for your response. What software do you recommend for making a backup? I have Acronis 2015 and I'm not sure that it will back up a RAID0 config.
