Memory R420,R520, R620, R720

We validate specific DIMMs, so unless you are able to provide a part number I can't say for sure if any memory will work.

Will 16GB PC3-8500R 4Rx4 memory modules work with R420, R520, R620, R720?

There are no validated 1066 DIMMs for those servers, but the system is capable of down-clocking to 1066. They might work.
