NBD (Next Business Day On-site Service)

Does anyone know how to arrange a support visit from Dell!!!  We have an out of warranty server and have bought some additional memory (direct from Dell) to be installed.  After an hour on the phone to Dell it seems impossible to actually arrange for someone from Dell to visit our office in Melbourne(Australia) to install the additional RAM into our server.  We can't find the key to open the box, so want Dell to do it.  Why is this such a difficult request!!!!!  POOR - POOR customer service.

The Minders,

I apologize about the inconvenience, but Dell no longer offers the One Time Onsite Support for out of warranty systems, you would have to extend the warranty first. This is the Americas policy, I am trying to confirm if it is also for the Australia market as well, which I believe it is. 

Do me a favor and Private Message me the svc tag for the system, and I can look into if there is any options in your region.
