Need to reset idrac password.
On a newly acquired C6420 I am trying to login to iDRAC and root / calvin which does not work.
Pressing the front "i"-button will turn off display and the rev fans but has no effect on login credentials.
The service tag does not have a secure/ default password mentioned.

I have no monitor to connect with the mini display port.
Will clearing NVRAM via the jumpers reset the IDRAC password?
Can someone please help me reset idrac?

Hello,
I tried connecting a monitor via the mini display port but don't get any output on it.
I used "Rankie Mini DisplayPort to HDMI Cable" and ELECROW 10.1 Inch Raspberry Pi Screen 1920X1080p.
Is there any particular specification to get output on the monitor?

Also, does clearing NVRAM via the jumpers reset the IDRAC password or just BIOS settings and password?

No particular specification, maybe an hardware issue?
Is the server is still in warranty?
I don't have other suggestion to do, yes you can try with jumpers and see if it works
