Newly acquired PowerEdge 2950...lacking some hardware and any operating system
I recently acquired, in an auction, a PowerEdge 2950 and an IronPort device. Neither device had the hard drives or memory. I have since acquired all the necessary hardware to operate them...what I need now is an inventory of software to install and in what order to install them. I have downloaded a few helpful items from Dell to upgrade the firmware on the NIC cards, etc...and all of that is now done.
So, what I need now is an inventory of software to get and what downloads from Dell I need. I have Windows Server 2012 R2 but do not know where to go from there (I have a lot of PC experience but have very little server experience).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There isn't much else you need. 2012 R2 will have most of the drivers built-in, but you might review Device Manager and check here:

You should also install OpenManage Server Administrator on any Dell servers you manage (this also contains drivers for some management devices):
