PCI on Dell Poweredge
Hi,
I'm looking to buy a server for a customer who need old PCI ports. As I can see on Dell shop, all poweredge server have PCI-e ports. Is there any way to have an old PCI port on a new server ?

You can check with your salesrep if you can still order a 2950 with a PCI-X riser.
From what I've seen, all the new Dell servers (the "11th generation Poweredge") are PCIe only.
If Dell doesn't offer the older servers anymore, you can check the Dell outlet.
I'd suggest to look for a replacement of the PCI card that's in a PCIe design for future server upgrades.
