PE 1750 won't boot

I have a PE1750 that will not boot at all.  It starts up, but nothing ever comes on screen and there are no error beeps either.  I tried a different vidoe card but still got nothing.  The light never goes on the keyboard either.

I've tried re-seating all cards and RAM, but still nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, I just did that..still nothing.  I think it's time for the burial...too many chemicals or I'd cremate it :)

The strange thing is all the lights on the motherboard are green and it sounds like a normal boot up.  Fans spin fast at startup then slow down.  I tried a different video card as well and still got nothing on screen.

Try this...

Remove all connects to floppy, CDrom etc, keyboard and mouse only leave video card in...  try a restart

Still no good,If you have a raid interface, pull the card..try a restart

still no good, if you have ram to swap, try that.

Do you have a VOM? If so check you voltages on th PS outputs.

Look for bulging/leaking capacitors, board breaks, motherboard shorts to ground.

Motherboad shorts are hard to locacate without removing from case.

Failing the above arrange for a mobo funeral.

Are you closing the cover to test?
