PE 2900 Bios 2.71 stuck on F1 to Continue or F2 to run setup
I upgraded the bios from 2.5 no issues before. Now I have 2.6 and I get the F1 to continue or f2 to enter setup.
I never had that issue.
Sata A is off
Sata B is off
Boot Sequence is hard drive C thats it.
Nothing but dell keyboard and mouse in the usb slot. everything else is unplugged.
thoughts?

Hello
When the system stops on error it should have information displayed about the error. That should help determine what the issue is. USB keyboard code is listed in the changes for 2.6.1. I would try without the keyboard and mouse connected.
If you are unable to proceed past the prompt and it is not providing any further information then minimum-to-POST, clear NVRAM via jumper, and drain flea power would be the basic troubleshooting steps. You can also attempt to re-flash the BIOS.

As for me, PowerEdge 2900 disable SATA devices you don't use solved my problem, or disassemble all the RAM and boot then re-insert the RAM and boot.
