The documentation on the CPU upgrade mentions the VRM ( Voltage Regulator Module) as an optional part of the CPU upgrade kit (or even two VRM modules).  I do not see any reference on the VRM's on the motherboard documentation.  If I go with the retail boxed CPU upgrade, I won't get the VRM.  Do I really need the additional VRM (which makes it a must for the CPU upgrade ordered from DELL) or the CPU upgrade document is just a generic one and I can use the retail CPU?
