Charanasri,
The End of Life of a device isn't dictated by model, it is based on the shipping date of the specific system. Originally a system will be slated End of Life at the 5 year point from shipping date. The exception to this is if there are still parts available, if so then some systems can extend past 5 years. Parts will be maintained to cover the last one sold from us. Then when parts are exhausted for the system then the model is seen as End of Life. So it is different model to model. If you go to support.dell.com and enter your Service Tag, then upon selecting the Warranty tab you will see the ship date for that specific system.
Let me know if this helps clarify things.

Can you link me to see what the EOL is for M610 and M620?
It sounds like 5 years after the sale/shipment of the last M610 but how do we tell when that is? Otherwise it sounds like 5 years after our shipment, which was 5 years ago. We are trying to plan replacment/refresh and need this information.
Thank you
