PowerEdge R710 Network Card Issue!!!

Hi,

I have around 17 Dell PowerEdgeR70 Servers It has Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme II BCM5709 Gigabit Ethernet (4). when I put medium / heavy traffic on the Server the NICs would just die randomly when under heavy load, which required a network restart which is a problem in Production. i googled and got that this is a well known problem with this Dell NIC

As per people,  some disabled their msi --> already disabled on my server

parm:           disable_msi:Disable Message Signaled Interrupt (MSI) (int)

some disabled C-state but this will increase power consumption of the server -- not doing that .

some upgraded the fireware + NIC drivers

Can someone send the link for the drivers / dkim for this issue (also the installation step if possible)

I am using CentOS 5.4 and RHEL 5.4

I really want Dell will come with some Fix for this.

Thanks in Advance.

Vimal
