Poweredge 2850 VT Support

Hello,

I'm little confuse about support to 64BIT guest OS because I have one PowerEdge 2850, with one Xeon Processor:

[tiago@vmware tiago]$ cat /proc/cpuinfo
processor : 0
vendor_id : GenuineIntel
cpu family : 15
model : 4
model name : Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU 3.20GHz
stepping : 10
cpu MHz : 3192.334
cache size : 2048 KB
fdiv_bug : no
hlt_bug : no
f00f_bug : no
coma_bug : no
fpu : yes
fpu_exception : yes
cpuid level : 5
wp : yes
flags : fpu vme de pse tsc msr pae mce cx8 apic sep mtrr pge mca cmov pat pse36 clflush dts acpi mmx fxsr sse sse2 ss tm nx lm
bogomips : 6370.09

I'm looking the link bellow and I'm seeing that all Xeon 3.20 GHz support EM64T and VT, but... why don't work for me?
http://www.intel.com/portugues/products/processor_number/chart/xeon.htm

In the BIOS, I can't find any around VT...

Thanks!

The only Dell servers that currently support VT in the BIOS are the PE6800 and PE6850.

Is VT Support something that could possible be added later via a Firmware flash? Or will it require a hardware change?
