Poweredge C6320 Loading Bios Drivers Issue

I have been trying to set up an C6320 and 3/4 of the nodes cannot boot into the bios screen.  One of the nodes has no problem booting.  They are stuck on a screen that says "Loading Bios Drivers".   I have swapped hardware between the working and not working nodes, and hardware components do not seem to be an issue.

Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
