Poweredge T310 will not start from standby

My Poweredge T310 will not cold start. When you push the power button the drive lights flash briefly.  I have had it start a couple of times after disconnecting the power to the PSU's for a few minutes, but it seems to be random.  The LCD display says "No POST code".

PSU status lights are green.

The BMC responds to a ping, but it has not been set up, so I don't think I can use that.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated

Hello

I would start by removing any hardware that has been added to the system. If you encounter the issue with the minimum components required for POST then there is an issue with something in the power subsystem. It could be the PSU, system board which contains the PDB, cable, or something external.

Thanks

It turned out to be the power distribution board.  Makes you wonder why we bothered with redundant PSU . There is still a single point of failure.
