Problem installing SBS 2011 on Poweredge 1850
I get stuck very early on as the SBS 2011 installation is not recognizing the logical drive that is configured in the system. It complains that it can't find any disk drives to install the system. I did not have this problem with SBS 2008. Anyone has any insight or suggestion on how to get past this?

You need the 2008R2 drivers for your PERC 4. Go to support.dell.com, put your Service Tag in or select the 1850, change OS dropdown to 2008R2, look under SCSI RAID for PERC 4e/Si (change it if you are using a different controller), click on the name of the update under Applies To, select and download the Hard Drive version. Run it to extract the files, put them on a USB key, floppy, or CD, then on the page where it says no hard drives are found, click on the Load Driver link.
