R620 Power Edge Server LCD Panel not showing any alarm when there is a power supply failure

Hi,

This is Manjunath. I am facing a problem with many of our R620 servers. LCD panel not displaying any error message (not turning into amber light) when there is a power supply failure. 

We have turned off one of the PSU for testing but it is not turning amber nor any error message. 

Can anyone explain any settings that we need to do? Even front panel LCD tabs are also not working.
