Hi,
Assuming that the power supply fan has failed, you would want to replace the power supplies as units, not fans themselves. The fan does appear to be removable without too much difficulty, but the fan could be connected with a 3 pin, 4 pin, or a proprietary connector, and I'm not sure what the procedure would be to replace only a fan. Someone in the forums may have done this before, but I would recommend replacing the units as a whole in the event of a failure.
The iDRAC manual should provide detail on where to go to check your system logs for it's reporting.
