R910

I have a R910 with 2 x E7540 @ 2.00GHz, I installed 32x32GB RAM into the following slot:

Riser A,C

Riser B,D

However the system cannot boot:

No configurable memory detected.

System Halted.

The RAM I am using is Samsung M393B4G70DM0-YH9.

Is it mean that 32x32GB RAM is not supported?

The R910 supports up to 1TB of RAM using 16GB DIMM's. The only way 32GB DIMM's would work is if a BIOS update added that functionality. Since updating the BIOS is standard practice before upgrading hardware, you would have already done that, meaning 32GB DIMM's simply won't work in this system.

the 910 definitely supports 32GB sticks as I've used them before in testing, the 910 white pages are just out of date.  I would attempt a bios flash if you can find some smaller sticks to get it to post and allow you to run the bios update.

Fine, like I said, it is possible, but like the spec sheets, the corresponding BIOS versions are likewise out of date, and without a BIOS update, 32GB DIMM's won't work.
