Reconfiguring RAID-6 to Raid-5

I have an R710 server with PERC 6/i, with 6 discs configured as RAID-6.

Someone know if it is possible to reconfigure to a 5 disc RAID-5 leaving a disk free without having to drop all and configure from zero?

Nope. Can expand but not shrink/compact.

Thanks theflash1932, But in this case not shrink/compact should be necessary. RAID-6 with 6 disks should have the same size than RAID-5 with 5 disks, is just remove the second parity.

There isn't one drive dedicated to the double parity that can simply be removed. The parity is written across all disks, so you would need to completely rewrite all the data and single parity across n-1 drives … you don't have the space for that kind of data shuffling.
