Redundant Power Supply failure of PowerEdge 1800

There are a couple things that can cause that. It could be the AC Source, the UPS (if used), along with maybe an issue with the power supply itself. Have you performed any steps to isolate the cause yet? Such as swap the 2 power supplies and see if the errors persist with the power supply that original was failing? Or if the error stays on the same slot, regardless of which power supply is installed. That would be the start to see if the issue is at the server itself. Also, when you swap the power supplies, try swapping cables as well.
