Removing an iDRAC6 express card from a T610 server

I have a T610 whose iDRAC6 express card failed and I wanted to replace it.  Unfortunately I was unable to find any information in the owners manual or on the internet on how to do this.  I found information on the R710 and thought it would be the same process.  It is not.  I wound up damaging my motherboard because the iDRAC6 express card on a T610 is screwed in.  You have to remove the motherboard from the server and then from the bottom side of the motherboard,  you need an hex wrench to unscrew it.  Hope this post will help others in the future who run into the same problem.
