Reset PowerEdge 800 BIOS ?
My PowerEdge 800 BIOS settings have been changed from the original (please don't ask). Is there a way to reset the settings to the original installed settings (I don't know what they were).
Thanks,
Bennie

Boot to F2. Light up all three keyboard LEDs (caps lock, Scroll lock, num lock) and then hit:
Alt-E (erase settings)
Alt-F (restore Factory settings)
Alt-B (Save and reboot)

It has been a while since I corrected the BIOS. We use the Power Edge 800 to run an internet radio station (http://PrinceOfPeaceRadio.net) so I can't reboot it at this moment to get the key command (F2, F10 or whatever) to VIEW the Bios.
I do know that the Bios can be viewed by pressing one on the "F" keys during boot. I just don't remember which one. Perhaps someone else can tell you.
