Server DELL PowerEdge T20- Memory configurations DDR3 y DDR3L??

I don't know if either of those will work. We have not validated them to work with the T20. These are the only two DIMMs we have validated for the T20:

319-1046 - 8GB Memory, 1600Mhz, Dual Ranked UDIMM
319-2172 - 4GB (1x4G),Single Ranked x4 Data Width,UDIMM 1600MT/s Low Volt

If you want the memory covered by Dell's server warranty, you'd have to buy the Dell sku numbers (probably by calling your Dell salesrep if it's indeed not available on their website).
