T610 E171F error
T610 server. Noticed today that there is a message on the LCD that says - "E171F PCIe fatal error on Slot 2. Review and clear SEL."
We do have two quad nics added to this server. Any idea on what this error is actually saying? Is the error critical? Can I clear it and see if it comes back over time?

Hi Currell,
The error E171F, usually resides on network cards install on the PCIe slots of the server.
Usually an update of the motherboard BIOS, chipset firmware and NIC card firmware can resolve the issue. Also a reseat of the card, can to help the issue to resolve.
You can clear the logs and monitor the issue.
If the error persist, you may need a motherboard replacement.
