T610 Third party perc drivers for windows 2012 r2

Remember back in the day when you had to load a floppy drive with perc drivers to install windows 2000 server? I'm trying to re-purpose an older server as a Hyper-v Host, but when I go to install o/s I get prompted for drivers. I found some on the Dell support site and burned them to a cd, but nothing in the folders seem to be correct. Anybody know where to find what I need?

Hello

My response would be the same as this one:

Hello

You need to find out what device it doesn't have a driver. If you have not added any hardware to the server then 2012 R2 native drivers should be sufficient. The only driver you may need to load for a factory configuration would be an S-series controller. The S-series controllers are driver-based controllers, they do not use generic drivers. If that is the RAID controller you are using then you can locate the driver on the R740 download page.

That applies to the T610 as well.

Thanks
