The battery is currently discharged or disconnected
Hello Dell Team,
When I reboot my R640 server, I get this message. see image below
Can you please tell me what is the issue? knowing that I left server on more than 30 minutes but still the same issue.

Abdelhai,
Did you open the server to confirm the battery connection, and the card is fully seated?
Also, is the server up to date on BIOS, iDrac, and perc?

Thank you for your respond, so the company I am working with will take care with Dell company to fix that.
