Thank you for the service tags.
12th gen servers and earlier have the TPM module incorporated on the motherboard, so it cannot be added after purchase. The new 13th and 4th gen servers do have a TPM module that can be added APOS. The R620 is a 12th gen server and the TPM would need to be added at the time of the order.
