VLT0204 system board voltage is outside of range

Hello everyone .

Can you please let me know exactly what happened with my server , we bought it 1 year ago

Last week, the Led indicator showed VLT0204 system board voltage is outside of range error. So we changed 1 PSU ( other one was changed 1 month before with  Power distribution board because Lost PSU Redundancy error ) and Mother Board. Then it worked nomally. But now, after 1 week led indicator show VLT0204 system board voltage is outside of range error again.

We don't want to take long time to fix this error. It's inconvenience.

We will contact to local Dell support, but i want to know what happened first.
