VMWare ESXi not installing on SD card Poweredge R720

I have to install VMWare ESXi on a R720 SD card with no luck so far. The SD card was delivered with the server(iDRAC 8GB). When i boot from the VMWare ESXi USB drive i am able to install it on USB devices(tried many times and it worked). But when it comes the time to scan for available devices i cannot locate the SD card.

I can see only the USB drive used to boot and the RAID drive that we have on the system.

I tried also disabling the vflash card with no luck.

On other Dell servers i tried to setup, the SD card was visible on the available devices list.

I also tried with other SD cards.

Please advice cause i think it might be somethiing i am missing here.
