VMware no disks on PE 2950
I have a similar issue. My BIOS is 2.4.3. I can't install VMWare ESXi4 because it is giving me an error stating that it can't find a destination to install to. I have gone into the bios and the drives do show up as PD, but nothing under VD. I can't get an OS to install either.
Any ideas?

You will probably want to configure 2x73 in RAID 1 for VMware, then 4x300 in RAID 10 for the storage/VM's, but you must configure RAID before VMware can find any disks to install to.

I have a similar problem. The BIOS see's the drive's, but I can't install an OS or VMWare. With VMWare, it states that it can't find a destination to install to and with an OS, it just takes me to press F11 or Reboot options.

Assuming you are using a PERC 5/6, you MUST configure RAID before any disks can be seen by the OS. The PERC's do NOT support non-RAID, so any disks must be configured before any storage will be presented to the OS. You do this in CTRL-R. How many disks do you have and how large are they?

I have 6 disks. Four of them are 300GB and two of them are 73GB.
