Where can I download Windows Small Business Server 2011 Standard iso file?
My customer had a server crash and is currently unable to locate the original Dell installation media for SBS 2011 Standard. All links I find in my web searches refer to a tech net subscriptions or a Microsoft site that doesn't hold an actual download link. Does anyone have a Dell download link that they know is viable?
I do have an .iso file for Server 2008 r2 which I know SBS 2011 is based on but I wasn't sure if the product key for SBS 2011 would activate properly?
I appreciate any guidance.

Yes, SBS 2011 shares a kernel with Server 2008 R2. The SBS key will NOT activate 2008 R2, not because the activation doesn't work properly, but because they are different products, and the key for one cannot activate the other.
I would download an eval for the latest version supported on your server, and run that until you can purchase the newer OS or a new server. The eval is 180 days and can be extended 3 times if you need additional time to "test" your environment/setup.
SBS 2011 is end of life and really shouldn't be put back up.
