afaport event IDs 1, 19, 20 in Windows NT Event Log

We have been getting these event log messages for the past couple of weeks. I have been searching the Internet for possible explanations/resolutions but have had conflicting results.
Server is a Dell PowerEdge 4400, running Windows NT.
Would be grateful for any guidance/assistance.
