dell 2950 gen III power edge server
I have PowerEdge 2950 which produces an error code: E1000 Failsafe "E1227 Linear PwrGd".

Check and reseat all power connections, including the backplane. Check for dust, metal, or other debris that may be shorting out the board. Try each power supply in each slot and remove all unnecessary hardware (drives, controllers, DRAC, etc.). If you can't isolate it, you will need to start replacing hardware - motherboard, power supply, backplane, etc.
