First, check the forums to see if someone has tried that combination. If someone hasn't tried it and left feedback (either on these forums or another forum), then you would just need to try it and see. There are no validated graphics cards for this server, so it will be up to you (or someone before you) and trial/error to find one.

Try it and see. It's not going to ruin your server. Why are you looking to add a graphics card anyway?

Usually i saw R81KLD was working but im afraid R81KLC will not ..

I wanna use graphics card because of some lagg's , it happens when i move some windows and cpu load goes up to 100%. And when im trying watch video on youtube it looks like 10fps

Well, this is a server, and it is not designed to support lots of graphics (actually, they are designed to run "headless"). Running Windows 10 and watching YouTube are not what it was designed for. You'd be better off spending $50 to by a used desktop computer from local classifieds or eBay/Amazon.

Seeing as how you have an apparent system/CPU issue anyway, it may not be related to moving windows around. Especially in light of possible hardware issues, I'd throw it away and get a real computer - even a cheap 7-8 year old computer would be better than what you are using.

But, if you want to use it, put the graphics card in and see what happens.
