I Have a Dell Power Edge r200 server.. It says its a gigabit ethernet adapter, then why am  i only getting 100 mbps per nic? I Have the nics teamed in windows server 2012 so im getting 200 mbps.. why not 1 gb per nic ? whats wrong?? I Installed the driver today for it and it didn't make  a diffrence.

ALso... does it support hyper v ?? in task manager it says hyper v supported.. but virtualization is disabled???

If virtualization is disabled, then enable it in the BIOS.

Depends on what you are running ...

Which driver version are you using?  This is most likely affected by something other than the server ... check your cable and switch.
