I am new to perform hba firmware on dell servers so need help for a Poweredge M820 server where are planning to update hba firmware on the server , so need some help for standard procedure.

could you analyze the logs and provide me a standard procedure to follow, thanks

If you go to the support page of the server you can locate all available driver and firmware updates. The installation instructions are listed on the download page of the update. You may be able to find additional instructions in the controller manuals.
