iDRAC Service Module support for Cloudlinux 7.3

Hello Support,

We have 5-6 servers running with 64bit cloudlinux 6.8 and 7.3. But due to iDRAC Service Module incompatibility, we cannot the service module features in those servers.

Could you please let us know when new module releases with supporting those OS versions?

Thank you

Hello, Small trick ; What we did is ; change /etc/redhat-release replace CloudLinux 7.6 (Vladimir Lyakhov) with CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810 (Core) and install service module. stop csf/firewall before installation you can replace with correct OS after installation. that worked for us. Adnan

The workaround that Ahosting shared is the same one I use, when working with Linux versions without official support. While I'm not familiar with CloudLinux specifically, I can say that some of the software we have for Linux can be picky about the distribution. The modification mentioned before should let you bypass that issue most of the time.
